My Kenmore, electric dryer, purchased in about 2005, does not heat. We have checked the outlets, the fuses, and the lint traps and still nothing. I have two teenage athletes in my house and need my dryer to work.

This is again caused by a defective water inlet valve. Replace this, and the problem should correct itself. If your dishwasher fails to drain itself properly, then look for a clogged drain line. You may find the clog at the location where the drain line is attached to the garbage disposal unit or your main drain line

Make sure that the water is hot enough to clean the dishes properly. A temperature of 120 degrees F is considered ideal.
